Paris is a modern city rooted in tradition. It is the center of so many facets of French life - arts, industry, fashion, and more. The city is also the gastronomic center of the country and draws people and products from all of France. In recent times, the food is also influenced by the influx of people from around the world. The result is a fusion of flavors made with classic French cooking techniques.

Cooking Class: Homemade Ramen with Traditional Toppings
Ramen is an amazing noodle, especially when made fresh. Cooked and finished with s rich, savory broth and garnished with tender meat, vegetables and egg it goes to another level. The class will start with a light appetizer that we'll have made ahead. You'll prepare a tasty dipping sauce to accompany it. We'll then take start to finish through the process of making each of the components and show you how easy it is to do at home. You'll sit down and enjoy your creation at the end of the class.

Tasting the Wines of The Oregon Trail
Every wine region in the world is passionate about their wines, wholeheartedly believing the fruits of their labor are the best. Oregaon is no different. The state's latititue, matched with it's varied landscape, makes it a perfect place to produce wine. The length of the growing season and the extra sunlight mean the grapes have long, even ripening, and the crisp, cool nights help them achieve perfect acidity. Mike will introduce you to a mix of varietals from the many Oregon Trails that typify their wine's balance and character.

There is no question that Italians have a passion for good cooking. When you start with incredible ingredients it's much easier to make simple dishes taste sublime. We'll make dishes that are representative of the country as a whole using authentic ingredients and tried-and-true preparations.

Date Night Cooking Class: Tapas and Paella
As a gateway between Europe and Africa, Spain has been fought over many times in history. This history has had a lasting impact on the country and nowhere is this more evident than in the food. The result is food that is vibrant, colorful and incredibly delicious.
February 8, 2025 (Saturday) 11am to 1pm
Parent/Child Cooking Class - Soup, Salad and Scones
Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old.
