Built as a monument to George Washington and his army, Bowman's Hill Tower is 125 feet tall and rises to 380 feet above sea level. From the deck of the observation tower, visitors can see up to a 14-mile long view of the Delaware River Valley. There is an elevator most of the way, with a narrow winding stairway to the top. Admission is included in the general admission charge to Washington Crossing park. The tower is open seasonally. Visit website >

Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve showcases the extraordinary diversity of plants native to Pennsylvania and the Delaware Valley region. The Preserve cares for and protects its native plant collection with the goal of encouraging the public to visit, enjoy, and learn about the richness of the region's natural heritage. The Preserve is home to about 800 of approximately 2000 native species. Of these, more than 80 species are rare, threatened or endangered. Visit website >

The museum, which opened in 2013 and is located inside the Eagle Fire Company, is approximately 1200 square feet in size. The museum is dedicated to the history of volunteer fire companies in NJ & PA serving the Delaware River towns and the members of the volunteer fire service and ambulance-EMS-rescue squads that gave of their time and lives. Its beautiful arched wooden doors were designed and constructed by master woodworker, Chris Cosner. It promotes an understanding of the relationship between plants, people and place through programs that integrate science, art and the humanities. With its beautiful gardens and great kids' attractions, it is a wonderful destination for the whole family at any time of the year. The summer garden railway is a particularly great attraction.
